Our aquanatal classes for before baby is born are perfect for helping you to relax and gently exercise when pregnant, while our postnatal exercise classes for after baby is born will set you on the way to feeling like ‘you’ again, alongside helping you to gently get back to exercise after pregnancy – whether you’re postnatal, or have been a mum for a little while.
And you don’t need to be a swimmer to take part: we know that people’s confidence in the water varies enormously, so as long as you can stand up in the water you can enjoy our classes and exercise, both before and after pregnancy, at a pace and a level that’s adapted to you.
While our classes are a great way to get some ‘me-time’, they’re also a lovely opportunity to meet other mums-to-be and new mums to swap bump and baby stories with as you progress along your parenting journey together.
At WaterBumps, the skills we teach build on one another week by week – so the earlier you start, the sooner you’ll feel the benefit. But because we tailor them to suit your individual needs, it means that you can join our classes at any stage.
We also offer water-based bump photo shoots, where we’ll capture some unique images of your pregnancy for you to share with your baby in years to come.
