Our classes for after your baby’s born

Whether you’re a new mum, or have been a mum for some time, you’ll know all about the astonishing reserves of mental, physical and emotional energy you need just to get through the day.

Our 2-hour Wellbeing Workshop (which takes place fully-clothed and on dry land!) will set you on the road to feeling like ‘you’ again. It’s the perfect way to enjoy some much-needed me-time after giving birth – whether that was 3 months or 3 years ago!

You might be feeling so exhausted that you’re wondering if you can even face exercising. But taking part in activity has lots of benefits: not least of which is that your body produces lots of lovely endorphins that can help to boost your mood and self-esteem, which in turn makes you feel more positive (and less anxious).


By taking great care of yourself, you’ll soon be back to you again – and feel better-prepared for taking care of your baby.
