Our postnatal exercise classes are the perfect way to have a weekly mini-escape to look after yourself, relax – and recharge your batteries. A 2-hour Wellbeing Workshop (which takes place fully-clothed and on dry land!) will set you on the road to feeling like ‘you’ again, while our water-based postnatal classes are the perfect way get some gentle exercise and enjoy some much-needed me-time after giving birth – whether that was 3 months or 3 years ago!
You might be feeling so exhausted that you’re wondering if you can even face exercising. But taking part in activity has lots of benefits: not least of which is that your body produces lots of lovely endorphins that can help to boost your mood and self-esteem, which in turn makes you feel more positive (and less anxious).
