Advice for those early days

Many women forget about themselves once their baby has been born. At our 2-hour Wellbeing Workshop, which takes place on dry land, we’ll make sure we focus solely on you: we’ll help you to understand how your body’s changed since giving birth, and give you advice on looking after yourself, including how to take care of your back and pelvic floor.
