There’s nowhere better than a swimming pool to stretch out your pregnancy aches and pains, so we were thrilled when our very own Ali Burlingham, Head of WaterBumps, was asked to give expert advice on all things aquanatal in this month’s Mother & Baby magazine. Not only do the exercises we do in our classes help with those pesky pregnancy aches and pains and swollen ankles, they also help to create more space for your baby to move.
